Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Waiterio LLC (we, us, or our) processes information when you use Polyblog's website, applications, APIs, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations (collectively, the Service).
Information we process
Depending on the features you use, we process:
- account and profile information, such as your name, email address, language, country, organization, and information you choose to provide;
- workspace and service content that you or authorized users submit, create, import, or connect to the Service;
- authentication, authorization, and connected-service information needed to operate APIs and integrations;
- billing and subscription records, while payment credentials are handled by the applicable payment provider; and
- technical, security, device, request, and usage information needed to operate, secure, diagnose, and improve the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have an appropriate basis and authority to place personal or confidential information in the Service.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, provide requested features, maintain tenant boundaries, process authorized actions, provide support, secure and diagnose the Service, communicate about the Service, administer subscriptions, and comply with legal obligations. We may use aggregated or de-identified information to understand and improve the Service.
MCP and connected services
When you connect Polyblog to an AI client such as ChatGPT or Claude, the client receives the tenant-scoped information returned by the tools and actions you authorize. The client may send instructions and parameters to the Service on your behalf. Review requested permissions and proposed actions before approval, and revoke access when it is no longer needed. The client's handling of information is governed by its own privacy terms and settings.
Service providers and disclosures
We use service providers to host, secure, authenticate, monitor, support, and operate the Service and to process features you request. We may also disclose information when required by law, in a business transfer, or when reasonably necessary to protect the Service, our users, or others. We do not sell workspace content as advertising data.
Cookies and similar technologies
The website and applications may use cookies or local storage for login, security, preferences, support, analytics, and attribution. Browser and device settings can control these technologies, although disabling essential storage can prevent parts of the Service from working.
Retention, security, and international use
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Our providers and users may process information in countries other than the one where it was collected, subject to applicable safeguards and law.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain a copy of personal information, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Account and workspace controls provide some of these choices directly. You may also contact us using the address below. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request.
Children
The Service is intended for organizations and authorized adult users. It is not directed to children, and children should not create accounts or submit personal information directly to the Service.
Changes and contact
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with its effective date. For privacy questions or requests, contact us at info@polyblog.io.
